Entirely photographed by Anthony Arquier, the fall-winter 2022/2023 “Care” issue explores a theme focused on care and well-being, from a personal, societal and ecological point of view, through interviews with the duo Fecal Matter, whose extreme looks are a visual manifesto for tolerance, by transgender and non-binary activist, artist, author, designer and performer Alok Vaid-Menon, who develops a rhetoric of love through his work and his speech, or the actress Oulaya Amamra, awarded the César for best newcomer for her role in Divines and soon to appear in Smoking makes you cough by Quentin Dupieux. These interviews are accompanied by an article investigating behind the scenes, motivations and limits of contemporary philanthropy, and other texts returning to the difficult acceptance of a form of degrowth in the face of the ever more pressing need to drastically reduce our emissions. CO2; on the clichés faced by racialized people in the offices of certain mental health professionals; or on the many difficulties still encountered by transgender people in France, in 2022.

Antidote Curates

Dedicated to the work of American photographer Pelle Cass, this new edition of Antidote Curates presents a selection of photographs by the artist who, using his lens, immortalizes the movement of individuals in public space to transcribe them on a single photoshopped photograph. Centered on his recent work, halfway between a documentary approach and surrealism, this book also contains an interview with the artist in which he returns to the process of superimposing reality which constitutes his signature, as well as an unpublished fashion series. , produced by Pelle Cass in the Parisian salons of the Valentino house and on Place Vendôme.

Antidote Newspaper

This new edition of Antidote Newspaper includes an English translation of the interviews and articles contained in the “ Care ” magazine, as well as an exclusive fashion series with the Swedish singer COBRAH, who this year unveiled her new singles “Brand New Bitch” and “Mami”, after having released a noticed EP, bearing her name.
