Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us at hello@oddkiosk.com and include your order number.

Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with any original packaging where applicable.

To request a return, contact hello@oddkiosk.com with your order number and reason for return. Please do not send items back before your return has been approved.

Non-returnable items

Some items may not be eligible for return, including:

• Gift cards

• Final sale items

• Opened or used products

• Damaged items not reported within 7 days of delivery

• Items returned without prior approval

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that original shipping fees may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error with your order.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@oddkiosk.com. Please include your order number and photos so we can review and resolve the issue.

Return shipping

Unless the return is due to an error on our part, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
