Acne Paper – Issue 19: Nocturne is a hypnotic meditation on the night as a space of imagination, desire, and creative freedom. Responding to a world dulled by constant stimulation and information overload, the issue defends dreaming—both nocturnal and inner—as a vital, endangered force.

Set against shadows and moonlight, Nocturne brings together a global constellation of artists, photographers, stylists, and writers to explore intimacy, fantasy, and transformation after dark. The cover, photographed by Jordan Hemingway and styled by Emman Debattista, features model Jade Hsu emerging from darkness in expressive haute couture.

Across the issue, fashion stories and visual essays channel moonlit sensuality, surrealism, and theatrical romance—celebrating the night as a queer, liberating terrain where identity softens, imagination expands, and new worlds take shape.
